How come Woodinville survived?

While Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland and Bothell were one by one taken over by our friends from South East Asia, how come Woodville survived?

Survived? As in other areas died? Lol. Asian communities are the ones that brought high end economic development to all the other areas you mentioned. Better question wud be, “When will Woodenville get the blessings of Asian communities to thrive?”.. Answer is, “hopefully soon” as other areas priced out most of the folks.. same for Lynnwood too.

It’s funny to read, brother

The only reason is the type of houses in Woodinville. Women from Asia do not prefer farm houses or to be very close to farmland.

This. Houses are too far away from each other. Such big.lots require maintainence

Who said it survived? Asians have been bidding up everything near DT Woodinville. The estate like houses to the east...well they are outdated, cut off and require lots of maintainence. Lack community and poor connectivity to freeways.

I don’t know but I’m glad. Rurally areas don’t seem to be prestigious. Love that I can live 35 minutes from downtown in rush hour and still have a 4k square foot home on 5 acres with views of the cascades for under 2M. Feel like I’m on vacation every day I walk outside.

Bad schools and large plot sizes detract Asian buyers.
