I’ve been trying to get into the habit of washing my face in the morning, applying sunscreen and being more cautious. But literally within a couple hours after I have a small window for working out and I’m sweaty af. Because I’m mostly remote I’ll attend a meeting and take a shower when i get a window. I have full time parenting duties after school, so can’t workout early morning or afternoon. But it feels pointless to put on sunscreen and then sweat it off. Do people just reapply it through out the day? I also think it’s probably not great for my skin to sit in sweat. But idk what’s my alternative Tc 300k
I apply before going outside. So normally in the morning before walking dogs and then in the evening (if there’s daylight) before going to the gym or dinner. My motivation is I already have a lot of visible sunspots and sun damage.
Do you work outside? If no, why do you need sunscreen?
That’s a good point, i like going outside and getting air, especially early morning
No need to wash your face after working out
