How to end castism?

Castism a concept where some families are socially inferior and some families are untouchables meant to serve higher class and do dirty labor such as cleaning restrooms or pickup trash. Due to inherent nature of such beliefs, education and consequently job opportunities get limited in hands of upper class castes. While a step in right direction was to reserve college seats and some portion of government jobs to low caste families, but stigma still persist and when some learns lastname or family name of person they immediately maintain a distance should upper caste person be friendly with lower caste person. I know this belief keep getting reinforced by parents and kids eventually when they grow up to be adults learn and propagate down their generations endlessly that never to be in friendship and blasphemous if upper caste woman get married to lower caste man. It seems solution is simple that people should report caste based discrimination and be fined for it and movies and TV shows that should be made to show human side of people irrespective of caste, creed or religion. Basically reverse brainwashing that has existed since thousands of years. Happy to hear your thoughts, specially people who have been discriminated by higher caste individuals. #casteIsRacism #HumansAreBornEqual

I didn’t know this was a real thing wtf lol

sadly it is, just like in America, black people were made to live in Getos in past and generations after generations, they still can't get out of it, as their parents were not educated and respected as equals and it continues to very day, except if some black people make it big in music or sports. Same thing in India, similar contrasts pretty much lower caste people are darker in skin tone and made to work hard jobs and residences are seperate. Technology hasn't helped to curb down social barriers but reinforce it with mass communications of same ideology

The solution is a caste agnostic society. Eliminate any reason to ask someone's caste for any profession.

No caste certificates from government, let people claim whatever they want to be

Yes! Make a society in such a way that people will forget their own caste in a couple of generations
