How to start day trading?

Where to start? After what amount of effort in learning can I become profitable? Is is possible with only a few hours / week? Do I need to be part of shady signals groups?

Use a paper account before using a real account. Don’t fall for discord group scams.

It’s definitely possible a few hours a week. Can you trade the New York Open? That would be ideal and it’s pretty easy on the West Coast. Otherwise, you can try reading the Tokyo,Sydney, or London forex session. How much money and time do you have to spend on it?

Set your money on fire instead. It will save you time and headaches. But more seriously, do you have a reason to believe that you have some special knowledge or skills that will allow you, in a few hours per week, to beat people who trade professionally? And if you do, why do you feel the need to ask this question on blind?

Look at ICT 2022 mentorship and Casper SMC on YouTube. Casper in particular has some strategy geared towards the NY open based on ICT concepts.

I don’t think so, it plays out in the markets every day. Developing an actionable strategy out of it is hard. And his mentorship is free on YouTube.

It's very simple. You go to the bank and withdraw the money you want to day trade in $20 bills. Then go home and light your money on fire. Rinse and repeat if new opportunities present themselves. The lamer option that everyone else takes is open a brokerage account, buy high and sell low, but where is the fun in that?
