^ Idk why considering sending a simple rejection email hardly takes more than 2 seconds, but once again, companies (well, I guess hiring managers) prove themselves to be willing to go every more lower lows!
Ghosting is never a good thing, but we are in an employer driven economy. Because of this, there's not much that you can do besides posting a negative Glassdoor review or sharing your experience with your network.
Glassdoor is paid by the companies to detect and remove negative reviews. It's quite the scam.

It's so disrespectful, considering how the candidate is just left hanging. I hope top performers/those with multiple offers make it a habit to do the same, and to renenge whenever there's a better deal
