My CV only got response from expert network companies

I want to get into impact consulting and tried to align my experience with that. I’m from non targeted universities but do have few experience in small businesses. How could I improve my CV to get a foot in the impact/ sustainability consulting? Referrals or more certificates? So far I only got offers and interviews from Expert Network to work as a client associate. I would probably take these offer so I won’t get unemployed.
