I'm 34 (M) and I matched with a woman on Tinder. We hit it off really well, and after five hours of chatting, we exchanged numbers and I asked her out on a date. On her Tinder profile, she looked really cute and fit; that's the only reason I swiped right on her. When I met her in person, I had a WTF moment, but I still continued with the date. While on the date, she started planning for a second date, and I just played along. When I returned home from the date, I blocked her. I deleted my Tinder account too. The end.
What would you have done?
Very nice. Some community service with a mutual benefit.
You did the right thing! Its your body, your choice. Period. Works both ways. What you didnt do right - is to delete the account. Just continue looking
I deleted the account because Tinder wasn't working out for me. I've witness that there are weak women on Tinder. I was also out of sweeps.
You are within your right to not pursue this any further. Least you could have done is send a kind message reflecting that.
Nice story!
