Nvidia managers/directors - can offers level up

Hello nvidia managers/leaders - while expecting offers & negotiating, can one expect for a level up based on the experience level an individual has as well as current grade level in the previous company? I might get an IC4 offer as the job req was for IC4, but based on my 16years of relevant experience and good interview feedback, can I ask for IC5? Role - post silicon hw validation tech lead. Current tc - 400k
