then once breezed through, they can piss on then throw in trash
Not a big fan of sublist of a list in resume. Too much nested stuff and looks a bit ugly

Lots of real estate wasted here, you can put city yoe nd company name in 1 line, that will give you a lot space to add more points, Use Bold font to highlight your metrics or maybe skills.

Laugh all you want, that’s helpful in getting past recruiters who are tired of going ahead with candidates only to abandon the process because they can’t sponsor and the candidates need sponsorship. It saves time for everyone. If I required sponsorship, I’d be upfront about that too

YOE is just for blind. My actual resume has start-end date. The regular template stuff. Why remove levels tho? Just write SDE in all?
