Roast my resume, 1 YOE aiming for big tech
I’ll be applying for mid level roles as I approach the 2 YOE mark I will be getting promoted from “new grad” level to “mid” level some time this summer, I’m not sure how to reflect that on my resume. My responsibilities won’t really change much and my title doesn’t change at all, just my level/pay. Mostly shooting for companies that are remote friendly. Not relocating. Not really chasing the highest TC, just want more money working remotely with good WLB, ex, Microsoft I’m a native Spanish speaker, not sure if that’s worth mentioning? I’m Hispanic TC 103K TC after promo ~115K YOE 12 months, so 1 Edit: I will fix the experience section, it’s backwards
I would add more details about your internship if you are only going to have 2 roles listed under experience. In terms of design, I would remove the underlines from the skill items. The underline doesn't mean anything. I would also space things out a bit more. Increase your line heights and make it easier to read.
