TikTok 5 days RTO
How is all employees doing with 5 days of RTO? Expecting an offer but my main concern is this RTO, anyway one can negotiate on this.

I interviewed for a very minor role, they told me it would be 3 days in office since they don’t have room for anyone. However, they offered me another role (pretty much the same I interviewed for) but it’s 1 day in office due to the size of office. It might just depend on the department
