Trying to leave during EB3 PERM
My PERM was submitted last July and I expect it to be approved this summer. After that, my employer will submit I-140 and I-485 concurrently. When is the earliest time I can switch jobs without getting screwed over? On average, how long after I submit those two forms will I get the green card in hand? I am on H1B. Not Chinese/Indian citizen TC 200 YOE 3 #workvisa #perm #eb3
Usually 180 days after I-140 is approved, when your I-140 petition can’t be revoked if your current employer withdraws the petition

When your I-485 petition has been on the pending status for 180 days, if you have a new job (which is “same or similar” to your current one) you can file an I-485 Supplement J.
How can submit those two forms concurrently if the priority date for EB3 is November 2022 lmao
