Hello Blind community, I gave my last round of interview for Staff Product Manager role at Walmart and its been 7 business days since then. How much time does hiring team usually take to make final offer after last round of interview? Last I checked with my recruiter (~2 days back) and she mentioned that hiring Manager is awaiting feedback from a stakeholder to make decision. #Walmart #Product #interviews
What was the interview framework for Walmart PM? Same like Google / Meta with Product sense/execution questions? Or more specific technical questions related to your position?
Yes, Product sense/execution questions and Leadership & collaboration behavioral questions. There was some general technical questions where interview wanted to know if I drove those things and have holistic point of view
