You should get G5. What's the current split for your TC?
G5 seems appropriate. But depends on what req was used to hire. Sometimes they might have to hire you on high salary in G4 grade. But depends on a few other factors - your group, location, job level used by req, and how much desperate the manager is to have you on board. Btw what's your current TC breakdown.
Don't settle for less than G5. Else you may start feeling need of promotion from 1st year itself which is not practical and not good for you and company both.
You should ask for G5. Let us know the offer you get.
I've been insistent on G5 though they offered G4. hiring manager told they're okay to offer a competitive TC but G4 is not possible as it is not common for this qual+exp. so he told impossible to get the grade bump approved.

OP do not leave your current company... NXP refreshers and pay are terrible
Stocks if vested does not mean anything. Usually companies give shares based on unvested RSU.
