2024 RAV4 EX hybrid 35k new Pros: new car, hybrid so less fuel consumption Cons: High insurance, more chances of price depreciation Vs Honda CRV 2021 EX (14k miles 26k) - GAS . Buying from a Honda dealer Pros: Cheap, less insurance, 7 years/100k miles dealers warranty Cons: Gas consumption more Second hand so probably maintenance issues Will be 3rd hand when I sell it. PS : I am looking for a car for max 2 -3 years
Get the Honda. Don't buy a new car for 2-3 years. Also why not lease something?
Lease is costlier than owning if you compare
Is it? I got a lease 6 months ago, buying was literally double the cost of lease
Dealer warranty means nothing. Get it inspected by a 3rd party. However, from frugality perspectives, a used CRV makes sense as someone has already paid for the depreciation. Take the extra money and invest for retirement
Makes sense. Yeah will do that.
Not considering ford?
OP doesn’t want to Fix Or Repair Daily.
