I honestly don’t know any more. But these two factors te impacting the middle class more than ever.
Trump will ban h1b and offshoring, hiring America first and only. Once we kick out the Indians and Chinese and confiscate their houses, the housing value will be back to normal.
So you agree there is a shortage of housing supply?
racist much? Palestinians and Jews ok? Russians and Caucasians ok? Good people from Sweden? How about Brazil? Taiwan? Japan? Dang should never have allowed Jensen's parents into the US but it is not too late to confiscate their homes yes?
Housing is a state/local issue. Neither candidate can do much about it. Some states are good at issuing housing permits, and some states, CA for example, suck at it.
No it's not. You have tons of foreigners on visas and foreign investment companies buying up real estate here, making it even worse for citizens. The US needs to limit or regulate real estate purchases from non-citizens.
That’s true for Texas and Austin as well. Why is housing more affordable in TX but not CA? Simple answer, TX issues significantly more housing permits compared to CA, so supply doesn’t lag demand. Lots of takes from people who don’t understand basic economics like supply and demand.
U.S. is rotted af, so are the rest of the world, human should be eliminated once for all
Finally a cause I can get behind. Biggest biological reserve in the world is Chernobyl, we can expand it through nuclear war!
Biden has talked a lot about home building and has successfully done on-shoring of manufacturing. So it’s obviously Joe Biden.
Home construction is a state/local issue, not something the federal government has a big influence on. If you want to reduce offshoring then I think you have to make the US seem like the most desirable country to do business. I think trump did a lot to damage US standing and credibility in the world. US businesses also have a hard time getting visas, so I've had to send employees to Canada. I'd rather have everyone in one place. If I'm going to be forced to offshore even for very expensive highly skilled employees, why bother hiring anyone here? IMO everything slowly gets better when you have a serious administration and everything rapidly goes to shit when you have a clown running things. We had a clown for 4 years, and it's gonna take a lot more than four years to fix. Another four years of clowning and I'm not sure if the US would ever recover.
