Women in tech…do you know of any non stressful roles in the industry?
It becomes difficult to manage with kids and both parents in tech high demanding job. Basically looking for a role where I don’t have to worry about work while at home. #hardware I am in hardware design verification role at the moment. TC : 250k

Is becoming a PM less stressful?
I'd say it's a whole less stressful as you yourself are not doing the design or testing, but you have to be good at communicating and rallying the team.into delivering. Also comes down to what company you're joining. PM in Amazon and you're fkked. PM is some other companies with better WLB - Microsoft, Google to some extent life gets easier. Also as PM your opportunity to WFH or remote roles totally goes up as many companies don't need PMs to come into office.
