Hi Guys, Got an offer from indeed flex (Acquired by Indeed in 2019). Is it a good company to work for ? Do you recommend moving to this company considering the market situation? Would really appreciate your input. Offer: Department - Strategy and Analytics Location - Austin, TX Thanks!!
I thought you’re straight up flexing your offer from Indeed
No, i heard indeed flex was acquired in 2019 by indeed. So they both are diff orgs
Ok I am not completely sure, I just checked slack seems like indeed and indeed flex are not treated as same. And have completely as different company i think
Yes, they are separate companies. You can end up doing similar work with much less pay/benefits if you are hired by Indeed Flex instead of Indeed
Are you being hired by Indeed to work on the Indeed Flex product, or being hired by Indeed Flex directly? The answer to this question won’t affect your work that much, but it makes a big difference in pay and benefits.
Does indeed pay better than flex? I was recently contacted by a recruiter for indeed flex in London and was thinking about it…
Indeed is still in a strong cash position, and with their business being majority focused on small and medium businesses, the current downturn will have less of an impact than other companies. I worked there previously and would absolutely recommend it as a company to work for
Yes absolutely! Heard great things about indeed on Blind. Would the same apply for indeed flex as well?
Flex does operate a little differently but all my former coworkers that have worked in flex have liked it
