Had my on-site a week ago. Recruiter said about two weeks to hear back final decision. So does that mean if my feedback is positive, I’d move on to Hiring Bar before that? If so, I noticed some on Blind hear from their recruiter that they’ve moved on to Hiring Bar. Is that a standard or something only some recruiters do? For L4 role Tc: 210k
It's standard process for almost every larger tech company. A hiring bar reviews your interview & experience to level you.
Is it common to hear back from recruiter before the bar with information about feedback or will I have to wait until after?
Depends on the recruiter. Currently recruiting is a mess and might be over worked. If they say you’re going to hiring bar, there’s a high chance of getting an offer unless there are some red flags that went unnoticed
Block bar is pretty low overall. I wouldn’t worry about that. Honestly I would worry more about headcount and the current company instability.
PIP’d at Hubs?
Still here unfortunately
