Am I paid fairly?

Base: 165k Bonus target: 15% Location: Dearborn, Michigan Title: System Safety Engineer YoE: 10 I feel I screwed myself by asking 160k minimum which was readily countered with 165k during negotiation phase. Imagine that. But did not provide more PTO or sign on. I took it. But now wondering if I am underpaid for the niche area I work with (Machine learning safety). Used to make 130ish last year. So, pour in the wisdom.
