I have a QC35-II that keeps disconnecting from my iPhone when I am in a teams call on my PC. It pairs with both just fine. What can I do to fix this, thinking of ditching the headset altogether…#Product Talk
Time to buy air pods max
Just use it as wired headphones for now 😒
Reset and use them with the only device. Buy other headphones for your second device. It’s a usual problem with Bluetooth gadgets.
Sadly, this. I've got the same issue with both Sony and plantronics bluetooth headphones. Keeping them only paired to one device is the only way to be stable
All head phone can now read what's in your mind FYI
That why bose dying
my Bose 700 doesn't have that issue.
iPhone is the biggest bug walking around but anyways to your point - have you ever updated the firmware using the Bose app? Multipoint Bluetooth connections not reliable with Bose but I use QC 35 II and didn't face this issue after updating firmware. Get an upgrade after contacting Bose about this issue for a pair of Ultras. Don't go for shitty airpods
See if there’s a settings app for the headphones and disallow autopairing
if you have another device like AirPods they might pair with your phone and kick out the Bose connection, especially if the AirPods case opens accidentally or the sensor thinks it did.
I have this issue too, just disconnect it from your iPhone. Dual device support is flaky and not worth the trouble. Only thing that’s handled it well is the AirPods.
Create a Jira ticket for Bose.
