Buyer agents fee in Seattle for 900k house?

How much is it? I have visited 15 houses without making any offer, but haven’t signed the contract with him? And he never ask me to do it

Give him 1% or $15k, whichever is lower. He should be really thankful to you.

This rule doesn’t exist anymore: you can bargain and reduce

Yeah to like 2.5%. Haggling in the US is much less common and viewed poorly compared to other places.

Seller still pays 2%

The buyer doesn’t pay and the court ruling isn’t implemented. If you think you’re negotiating say it now and bet they stop working with you.

none. seller pays

If seller doesn't pay and you are footing the bill, 1 to 2% is good

Meta chat2 Apr 29

0. The seller pays their fee.

Seller pays 5-6% to listing agent, who often times splits that with buyers agent. Sometimes, buyers agent would ask you to sign where the buyer agent is guaranteed a certain %. If the commission comes short, then buyers will close that gap and pay the buyers agent

These days are gone. At least a dozen agents have reached out to me for 3.5% total fees as a seller

Meta L6f3amh Apr 30

Seller pays to agent. You get 50% of what the seller pays to agent in the form of rebate.
