The experience in your current job is quite vague. Highlight your impacts as a manager. Points 2-4 sound like an IC. As Spotify pointed above, there are elements which it as an IC resume. The technologies are redundant. Probably condense in a single place.
1. You use one page for a 10-year-experience resume but the “technical experience section” takes four valuable rows. This laundry list also overlaps with some skills in the role’s “technologies” sub-section. I would delete this laundry list and incorporate the skills in each job’s section. 2. While reading your job experience, I feel the descriptions are very generic. You put some numbers there, but most of them are percentages. Percentages may not tell much. Increase the user base from 10 to 100 is 1000% increase but the volume may mean nothing. I would put more specifics and details about the product, impacted user numbers, volumes, etc.
Interesting, sounding too much like an IC was not at all what I was expecting. I'll take another crack at it. Hard to do more than %s because more specific numbers may have been material nonpublic info (at the time) The tech section seems obvious in hindsight Thanks all
Looks perfect. I’d hire
Please don’t show school. My man you are a EM. No one cares if you went to Harvard or Trump University. Everything else - everyone said enough.
It's super weird to show one bullet point for a role that last 4 years. It's sending a message that you don't deliver much impact as a leader.
Which bullet is this in reference to?
Senior Test Engineer, looks like 3 years not four. Generally you want more bullet points for longer tenures and more recent jobs.
Your resume reads like an IC. How did you in your role as EM deliver “ performance improvements on client and server” You have to pick a lane. You resume doesn’t tell me what exactly is that you do at work. Are you a team leader or an EM?
