Have worked for close to 10 years all in India. I switched jobs, increased TC, invested decently. My NW is close to 10Cr. But lately I have been having this weird feeling, that I should have pushed hard and went abroad for a FAANG job, feel like I would be sitting on atleast double my networth given how the stocks have moved over the last 10 years. The reason for all this feeling is i have lost interest in corporate job and would like to FIRE soon. Folks, who are at 10 YOE and worked at US in FAANG, what is your NW?

My initial grant was when Google was at $79. Also just savings from the base salary. Also invested in some real estate in India. Also I was making around 35 lakh per annum on average in India. Salesforce stock also grew at that time. My initial grant was when Salesforce was at $90.
You can retire now also, 10 crore is a lot for India
10cr NW at 10 yoe in India is incredible feat. Congrats! You should probably change the poll to NW (not TC) at 10yoe in the US. Not many can achieve 10cr NW in HCOL.
This . 10 YOE in Bay Area you can achieve 2 M net worth only for FAANG DINK couples. Once you have kids etc and single income it becomes very hard
Thanks OP, i changed it to NW, was a typo. I am surprised though, if you had worked in FAANG the last 10 years and held on to your stocks, shouldn't the NW be upwards of 2M atleast?
10 cr is very less. Most of us here in US are at 100 cr
