'Hindutva': The Radical Hindu Ideology That Seeks to 'Push Christianity Out of India’
This is just my observation and not a generalization. I have worked under both female and male leaders. Female leaders are good leaders but they tend to push their teams harder and take unnecessary flak from their leadership as compared to male leaders. They tend to not push back against unreasonable demands or unrealistic expectations as much as male leaders do. Have you noticed something similar or is it just me? #workplace #officelife #culture
Not my experience at all. My female bosses have been more people leader/project manager types with very little initiative. Could just be my experience but I’ve been in tech for like 18 years now with many bosses. East coast though
Yes, Also, from my observations a lot of times they don’t last too long at a VP or director level due to male influences and politics. Also, this is me personally, but I sense they feel like they have something more to prove sometimes due to their roles in a male driven environment in their orgs. I’d love to hear everyone’s thoughts...
This is my observation too.
Yea that’s what I was thinking.
My fiancé is an immigrant executive who makes double what I do. We have a good system going and I don’t mind being a simp for her. But I typically am the decision maker between us and win arguments. I’ve overheard her on work calls and picked her brain a bit. She is a huge B-word to most men and favors her female reports, because men lack attention to detail and are careless where women are not. She believes men are more fit for higher level roles that require less thinking/empathy/attention to detail.
"Don't mind being a simp" what's wrong with men these days? 🙄
Not all female leaders are like that, but those who do are the ones who hit the glass ceiling and fall out of the corporate race in few years
Yes because they are out to “prove” themselves to the world that they are strong and successful which results in over pushing and aggressiveness.
Yeah, most of the successful female managers I've worked with have been real ball busters. Maybe that's necessary for success if you're female.
Way less
I've had two female managers in my life so far. They've been absolutely useless pushovers.
