GM Role

Hello, I am in the process of interviewing at GM and during the screening call, the recruiter mentioned that this role is eligible for a company provided car, how does this perk work, do I have to wait for a period of time after joining to avail it. Some other questions - Does GM provide a signing bonus, Finally, I am based in the Bay Area and wanted to know if I would need to go into the Palo Alto office or would have to wait for it to be shifted to MTV.
