Twilio Staff SWE compensation

I am interviewing for Staff SWE role at Twilio IDC. Can someone help with the compensation range (Base+RSU+Bonuses) for this level? Talking to the recruiter sounds like either they are short on budget or prepared to low ball. 8 yoe TC 64lpa #swe #twilio #compensation #engineering

Base : 40-60 Rsu: 20-30 Sign on : can be anything They are trying to reduce rsu in compensation so fixed might get increased
