Hello, Male aged 34. I have sort of wavy hair. Thy used to be thick, but since last 2-3 years I am noticing consistent hair fall during shower. I regularly use coconut oil for hair. Tried this https://www.amazon.com/PURA-DOR-Professional-Concentrated-Conditioner/dp/B07D324STG/ref=asc_df_B07D324STG/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=693127596191&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=12300977323696887334&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9032188&hvtargid=pla-750805601024&psc=1&mcid=29857164fa983a1ca1b0a0f04c17fee4&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwrcKxBhBMEiwAIVF8rN_VD3HtIhMy1X9GIBoxI869v6cfKgXeRDVGun-WI5bQFjRrrGcwVxoCYpYQAvD_BwE as well but no use. Also started using https://www.amazon.com/Mielle-Rosemary-scalp-hair-oil/dp/B0CJM8546H?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&psc=1&smid=A3N19N0D8IPDF6 for past 5-6 months but still during showers I notice considerable amount of hair fall. I think main reason is throughout the day hair become super dry. I live San Francisco Bay Area. Does anyone know is it because of the weather? Can anyone think of any solution? #hairfall #shampoo #indian #hairloss
You cant fight genetics with natural oils. The least intrusive thing is to start finasteride + minoxidil from a provider which will maintain your hairline. Low chance for side effects but worth a shot imo
You may slow down hair fall but can’t avoid the balding situation if it’s genetics. Just accept the fact and move on.
Use your TC to get hair transplant, minoxidil, and finasteride. This is a path already explored. All you need is money.
Finasteride + minoxidil as others have said. Wait until your hair loss is progressed enough (mid 30s) then do hair transplant. You can do multiple transplants, but eventually you will run out of donor hair and end up looking like Joe Biden with a fraction of the normal amount of hair on the back of your head, so try to wait if you’re still in your 20s. You can also look into PRP, many hair transplant surgeons will recommend PRP for maintenance after a transplant. It’s not cheap though and generally considered temporary.
Try Rogaine, not a miracle but can slow down the thinning.
Have you tried soft water?
Did you start using this yet?
Try Dercos brand from their hairloss range - they have great before and after medical studies showing that the product works
You are fighting a lost battle. Go bald, grow bread and muscles
