Hiring clients' kids?

Do companies like CVP really hire their clients' kids for internships? My sister heard this from somewhere and got super frustrated.

Officially no but happens all the time A lot of the time the kids are worth it tho. I interned with a VP’s son, he was really smart

Microsoft has an internal policy about this and you lose both your job and the vendor gets dropped.

Small boutiques like center view certainly do. It’s the game. Don’t waste your time pretending these companies care about egalitarianism. They care about making money and keeping their top rainmakers around. You’ll have better luck at the big companies like jpmorgan/Morgan Stanley if you want a “fairer” hiring process
