I'm a Single EM and I do Manage Female ICs
I have never been in a relationship despite many attempts. Unlike my failed relationship history, I have been successful with my career and am a manager of a team with multiple female ICs. I do keep my personal life and professional life separate. All of the female ICs that I manage are married.
