Yes, same. I've had interviewers cold-email me with zero follow-up (probably spambots), as well as no traction applying directly. Luckily I already have a job, so I don't feel as pressed. Don't expect to get a great response about this subject from Blind. Plenty of folks will rush in to tell you it's all your fault, ignoring all the layoffs and high number of applicants for job postings. As if how a resume looks matters when you're the 1001st person in the queue.
Yes, very much so. Depends on the type of marketing you are looking at, your level, your connections/referrals, and if you're remote or in person I couldn't get an interview applying as a remote employee without referrals

No. Re-write your resume. Try using AI to re-write it first. If that doesnt help try people you trust. If you have none of those then pay someone.
I’ve hired a decent shop and also paid for all ai tools but not much luck 😰 Hating to be that guy on blind but Im here
Keep trying and try to get more experience and up skill in the meantime. Also try networking more.
