Apparently all the oils they cook with are really bad.
Not really, I used to work there. Sunflower Oil is used to spray on the grill for chicken, steak, and fajitas. It's also used for frying chips and taco shells. Rice Bran oil is used for both rices and the vinaigrette.
That's what I get for parroting BS insta health reels.

They dont fry anything and cook mostly from scratch, so how exactly is anything home-cooked any better?
Better than its previous parent corp’s food. Not as healthy as Sweetgreen.
Way too much sodium
They use machine lubricant as oils for their food
I’m going to have to say probably not the best thing for you on a daily basis but it’s all relative. Breathing is technically not healthy as the act goes along the cycle which ultimately kills you.
That last one will be my go to from now on
