And by better I don’t mean, swimming in the offers left right and center. But like pre COVID, when wages were not over inflated, interviews were not this hard to come by and applying didn’t seem like shooting blind folded. TC-145

It will get worse
Not for the time being, especially after what happened in Israel. It’s gonna be a while before it gets better, if ever depending on what happens with AI. I would not be surprised at all if it gets worse.
