State Street Offer Evaluation
Would like any insights on offer below and if it a good time to join State Street cybersecurity org? Seems like alot of existing team members have been there less than 2-3 years all the way up to CISO. Hear work life is good. This is for an analyst role in incident response area. YOE 9 Salary $180k Bonus 15-20% #cybersecurity #security #offers #offer
The problem with State Street is they regularly have massive layoffs. Not sure if they would affect this role, but just be aware.
Heard as well. Will keep my options open.
