How do we know, if the job posted is for M3, I do say the titles as Engineering manager and nothing more :(

You can also ask in the interview I think but it might be uncomfortable for them. I asked after I got offer from both Facebook n Apple so I can compare.

Why should it be? Referring is not a lot of work… I was always willing to refer ppl when I was at Meta! Easy peasy
