Multiple Filings H1b Visa
Hi, Do ppl who committed fraud by filing multiple h1bs gonna remain safe ? I didn't get h1b for past 5 years because of rampant fraud . Don't they deserve any punishment ?
if other people abusing it and winning, why are you waiting for? Life will not reward people who wait but take action!!
This is so injustice, I am facing severe damage . I did not committed such fraud hoping my immigration record won't be having any red flags. But, these ppl turned everything to so illegal.I am suffering because of others actions.

As long as no laws are broken they are not liable for punishment. Let's hope the law gets changed. I think there was something to this effect adopted by USCIS for this year's filings to ensure multiple filings for the same person are counted as one beneficiary in the lottery but I might be mistaken.
