Intel offer expectations

Expecting an offer from IFS team. Wanted to know what can I expect from them for 11 yoe? (Grade, base and rsu) I have competing offer from other company as well and they are aware about it Also, can two teams at intel make separate offers or only one team is allowed? I have parallel interview going on with other team as well Tc- 250k/11 yoe Ps- not at intel anymore #hardware #semiconductor #interview #intel

What’s the offered TC Intel and the competing one? Throw some numbers out there. Your expectations from Intel are high. I heard they no longer give RSU’s. Restricted Cash award 💵

+1 on the RSUs. They no longer give signon stock and instead give cash. Very strange.
