30 something F No history of hair fall in the family I discontinued a new shampoo which I may have overused and switched to Johnson’s and Johnson’s baby shampoo to give my hair a break But I’m so scared at the amount of hair fall in the shower :( The only new thing in my hair routine is the Kerastase elixir hair oil which is supposed to help not worsen this. I switched shampoos to L’Oréal - one of them is a professional range Omg omg I want back to old school Indian techniques and used Brigadi hair oil from Kama Ayurveda and alternated it with their coconut hair oil :( Kickstarted my folic acid and iron supplements. Been almost a month yet no improvement? Idk should I get a blood test done?
Do what you may.. hair loss is genetic .
It’s not in my fam at this age
Usually genetic diseases manifest much earlier for later generations
Have you discussed these symptoms with your doctor?
I am planning to see one now
1. eat “free range” eggs from local farm every morning . Dm me if you need farm recommendations 2 take cold shower and cold plunges at least 4 times a week 3. Stop using all hair care products 4. Drink lemon water juice every day with no sugar 5. Are you taking any statins or blood pressure meds? If so , talk to ur doctor if you can stop them, they can cause hair fall as well.
Did you recently move to your area? It happened with me when I first moved to US, and then again when I moved to California. Try hair and nails supplement from nature's bounty. It helped me.
First, you need to calm the fuck down
