For that YOE you should be a Senior not a an SE3, also the average comp for SE3 is 212. You’re getting lowballed and bend over.

I think 212 is for Bay area. I do agree that for yoe i should be a senior and not sde 3. I was laid off, had an offer which was rescinded last mintue of my 60 day period. I was forced to join consulting to save my visa and am still looking for client. This offer is low ball I agree but at this moment its better than what i currently have

I think Walmart offers SDE-3 to those with advanced degrees and not a lot of experience. So considering your YoE, that's a massive downlevel!

The offer is decent. I have seen slightly better offers for that level but this offer matches the offer that are generally given. Also, the vesting is quarterly. Cost of living is fairly cheaper if you move here. Given the market, I say take it. You can always move teams once you get in.
Your offer is better than me, Am SE3 and in the Bentonville with similar experience try asking for joining bonus and relocation assistance Base looks good to me for the location.
For sign on the recruiter said its conditional. If you have to return sign on to your current company or something similar then he can try but nothing is guaranteed. Relocation assistance is offered as a package with flex points and core services
Decent offer for SE-3 bentonville location.But SSE is the right position for your experience. Anyways go for it and change location/team later. Which team are you hired for?
