Took it easy and went for lots of stroller walks. Aim to get out at least once a day with baby while on mat leave and on weekends after returning to work. No time to gym so went for runs using running stroller, and hiked. The Weight came off a lot quicker with the first kid, (1month to look normal). Breastfeeding helped rapid weight loss by months 4-5. Give yourself time!

Sex once to twice a week+ daily push-ups makes a significant difference. Big bonus if you do crunches do.
