Don't even start to complain until you have kids. They woke at 4am this morning and wouldn't go back to sleep. Had to take care of the toddler until work. Then work 8+hrs, return home to take care of toddler. Dinner. Bedtime routine. And before you get to relax it's 9. Not sure when a gym can fit in. So quit b*tching if your getting more than 6hrs of sleep and don't have kids as you have no real excuse other than being lazy.
Agree 100%. But you assumed I don’t have kids :) I do so let’s cry a river together. But I do my best in the situation and still workout and eat clean thank god for child care.
Well join a sports league. I play beer league hockey which has games 8pm-10pm. Yeah the next day sucks but it's the only free time with young kids. Also on mornings they sleep in a little. Still get up early. 420am everyday for me and I squeeze in a quick mile in the 5am hour if the kids are not up yet. It sucks but you have to do what you have to do.
