Will it be frowned upon if I carry my own toilet tissue roll?
The one supplied at work is too rough for my skin. I want to use a premium brand. Will it look weird if I carry it with me from my desk whenever I need to use the restroom?

Carrying TP to the bathroom is super weird. Shit at your desk - not weird when you have all the supplies nearby. Never mind the efficiency.
You don't need to carry full roll. Just carry small amount in your pocket to make it discreet
