I was able to get the booking in Yosemite Lodge from 9-12 May. This is my first time and I was wondering what could be done in 3 days without too much hiking ? I'll flying into Fresno and driving to Yosemite. Looks like Tioga road is closed . Should I mostly stay inside valley?
Hugely overrated place.
Lmao. It's only overrated in the sense there's usually way too many people there. But it's one of the most beautiful spectacles of nature in the world. I doubt you saw even a fraction of that beauty though like most losers there that drive up snap a few pics and leave instead of hiking into the real scenery.
Nah, Google is right. It’s an overrated national park. I thought it was amazing, then I visited Zion, Glacier, Grand Canyon, and Mt Rainier National parks. All of those are better than Yosemite, with less Bay Area hassle.
Free solo El Cap. :)
Explore the valley for sure, walk around or bike around down there. I wouldn’t recommend just staying there. Drive to glacier point, drive down to the sequoias. Drive north to some fields up there, can’t remember the name.
