Zero rewards and management request
I got zero rewards in Sept 2023 making me ineligible for internal team change. This year I want to request my management to give me some rewards but at the same time I don't want to sound like I am asking for team change eligibility. How to go about asking for some rewards to management? #zerorewards #rewardstyle #bonus
Your manager is the person whom you can talk to. Ask him how your performance is so far and be straight to the point around rewards as well.
Performance according to him was not good. How should I phrase this to get some rewards? I have never been in a position where I had to ask for rewards
