I got an offer from Workday for a Senior Software Engineer (p4) Base : 45.5 LPA stock : 20000 $ (per yr) Variable : 5.1 LPA Joining Bonus : 5 LPA Location : Pune Current TC Sde 2 (61) @ Microsoft Base : 30 LPA Stock : 32000 $ (per yr after stock appreciation) Variable: 0-20% Location : Hyderabad The current team is very toxic and nope of promotion in the near future. 2 yr plus without any promotion. YOE : 6 yrs Is a workday offer good to consider? #India

Apply through the Career portal. They took around 5-6 rounds. 2 rounds were technical rounds and the rest were around managerial and Behavioural.
