In a day? Youâre tripping you can do 1 pull up every 30 ish minutes and do 50 in a day? One pull up every 30 minutes is absolutely nothing
People have other responsibilities throughout the day.. Pulls are tough for most.. People in IT generally have weak shoulders, you might be an outlier.. Good on you!
Enough for what? To be in better shape that the avg American? Sure. To complete an Ironman? Probably not. Need more context

Whatever you feel you can stick to consistently is the right answer. Try to add in 10k steps a day and a solid stretching routine and youâll be in great shape for the rest of your life
