How are you surviving just by liking calories/food?
Less than 2000 on regular days. One main meal of a protein, grain and veggies. Snacks or a mini meal of a combination of some of the following: fruit, Greek yogurt, chia seed pudding, nuts, cheese, a cookie/candy
I mostly meet the RDA for all vitamins through food. About 2500-2800 calories. I workout 6 days a week. I rely on this recipe a lot: * PEScience Chocolate Cupcake protein powder * Frozen broccoli * Frozen berries * Scoop of monkfruit * Small amount of water I love it. Like 85% of the taste of ice cream. Damn... I'm gonna make me a second bowl right now.
