Recently started building a gym in my garage. But I gotta say, I really miss the accessory and hammer strength machines from public/chain gyms. For accessories I have a power cage cable attachment, dumbbells, ez bar, bands, and land mine attachment. Any other suggestions? Goals: gainz 💪 #fitness #gym

Squat rack Dumbbells Bench
Yes, one of those hot girls who exercise next to you in public/chain gyms.
A pair of adjustable dumbbells, a bench, a bar for pull ups, and a treadmill.
Power rack, monolift, adjustable bench, safety arms, a couple bars, selectorized lat pulldown/low row, landmine, utility seat/pad for seal rows and preacher curls, trolly lever arms, 650lbs+ weights, 2 pairs adjustable dumbbells, lever belt, slingshot, wraps, dip bar, variety of grips All on a nice 2x 3/4in plywood + 3/4in stall mat In terms of bars you should have: 1. Good main bar like a AB/Rogue/Texas 2. Beater bar for landmines 3. Accessory bar like an Elitefts American cambered 4. Ezcurl In terms of accessory stuff.. The best thing I can suggest which I'll probably get eventually and sell my lat/low row for is one of the new cable tower/lat pulldown/low row machines where they have both a 1:1 and 2:1 ratio, example: https://repfitness.com/products/adonis-cable-tower?variant=43252289699998 Lever arms can act as a replacement for some of the hammer strength type machines but you'll need to tinker a bit at first to find the right placement on your rack and to get the strength curve right, once you're set on that they can be great but just as they come I would not recommend.
I have a basement that is mostly gym equipment. About half of it is covered in horse stall mats. I have some home depot mirrors on the wall for staring at my gains too My fiancee and I are both powerlifters so it's a little more extreme than most. For actual gym equipment we have- Like 1100lbs in plates. Mostly Strength Co plates but also tons of random fb marketplace plates 3x A frame plate storage trees 2x Rogue Ohio Power Bar 2x Texas Deadlift Bar 1x shitty strength shop power bar that they dont even make anymore 1x EliteFTS Yoke SSB (my favorite specialty bar by a mile) 1x EliteFTS American Cambered Bar Various lighter dumbbells and then the 80lb nuobells. We don't have a full rack of dbs yet. I hate the nuobells but oh well they work Pretty much every band that EliteFTS sells Ab wheel Ez curl bar A landmine Some chains Rogue RM4 squat rack with the multigrip crossmember for pull ups/chinups Rogue monster lite squat stand with safeties A local welder's competition bench press with adjustment levers Rep AB-5200 Adjustable bench 2 Rogue flat benches Plate loaded lat pulldown/low row Plate loaded leg extension/hamstring curl Plate loaded cable tower A deadlift platform A nordictrack 1750 treadmill A rogue assault airbike Some of my training can be limited but I tend to gravitate towards barbell-centric training anyway. We are slowly adding more specialty equipment now, next up is a belt squat, I'd love to get a hack squat eventually too. I definitely miss plate loaded hammer strength machines the most out of anything from commercial gyms and they are not the easiest things in the world to get. I like plate loaded equipment for the home gym because we already have the plates. They tend to be cheaper and way easier to assemble. You can find a lot of plate loaded accessory equipment of various quality from companies like Titan Fitness and Bells of Steel

Adjustable dbs
Get a do it all squat cage. That had a landmine and enough width to accommodate a bench. Get lacquered plates or just buy the rubber crash mats you can use to create a deadlift platform You don't really need anything else. 6 canonical lifts, 15 variations. You're set.
Supplement with a box, a jump rope and if you're a mega wuss like me, a treadmill.
Can you list these 6 lifts and 15 variations?
