Everyday. I go to gym 3-4 times a week and mostly do strength training and my apple watch says 800 active calories. Been doing it for past 6 months. Havent seen a great difference in my body. Little muscles growing. Like small cut on triceps. My biggest gripe is I have lost fat on my shoulders but no fat on protuding belly chest and face. I dont eat outside but sometimes I give in to sugar anf eat fruits and cake. I weigh around 64 kgs and 5ft 6

Eat less. If you haven’t lost weight then that means you’re taking in more calories than you burn. Losing weight is pretty simple. Eat more meat
Workout 6 times a week and eat lean meat. You’ll notice difference in 3 months
What are your stats ?
Should consume a gram per lb of bodyweight. And you need calorie excess to build muscle.
I cant keep earting protein. I consume 4 eggs , 2 yogurts and 2 scoop weigh protein.
How the fucj is that only 50-60g protein? Just the protein powder is 50g

for one thing, your apple watch has no idea what the fuck is going on. second thing: even if you sat idle all day every day, unless you're a small child, you're going to lose weight (and probably feel awful after a while) if you're only eating 1300 calories per day. so you're lying to yourself somewhere here.

Bro.. couple things: get a hormone panel done and if you say you’re not sleeping well, fix it immediately. Do a sleep study if necessary. Without fixing those factors, other things will yield slow results

Around 50-60 grams
Your gym time is a waste then.
