Remember when the airpods first came out and everyone was dogging on them for being "ugly"? Or when apple got rid of the headphone jack? There's always gonna be haters for every new breakthrough. But don't delude yourself into thinking that the cybertruck is just a temporary fad. It's here to stay. As always, elon is way ahead of his time. This man is going to create the future of AI-powered transportation, and of AI itself.
agree tho airpods are still ugly, not even Beats copy it
The Cybertruck is just ugly, and its design does not serve a practical purpose. If it served a practical purpose, and did not come at the expense of decades of industry experience, maybe. Leaks and bugs will be fixed, but the thing is heavier than it needs to be, and stainless steel rusts. There is a reason, beyond just aesthetics, that cars are painted.
Nobody dogged the original AirPods for being ugly lmao. They didn’t think people wanted to walk around with them in their ears all day. However (and this is where Elon might want to pay attention) it turns out if you design a quality product that seamlessly integrates into customers’ lives and doesn’t require a recall every 10 days because your psycho CEO makes ludicrous performance claims to pump the stock….people actually love it. What if Tim Cook promised the AirPods would cost $200 and have 3 weeks of battery life and then ultimately launched them at $800 and 2 days of battery life 🥹🥹🥹
